Attendees traveling from outside Durham and surrounding areas should plan in advance to book flights to Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), a 25-minute drive from Duke University. Please note we are unable to cover travel costs. Some local hotels provide complimentary shuttle service to and from Duke medical campus. More information coming soon.

Trent Semans Center for Health Education (TSCHE) does not have dedicated parking. Guests may be dropped off at the west entrance of the building on Searle Center Drive, with handicap accessibility at this entrance. All attendees are responsible for printing and transporting their research poster to the conference. Posters should be 36 inches tall × 48 inches wide (no larger or smaller). Note that DNHRC is not responsible for poster printing, delivery, shipping, or pickup.

DNHRC will be hosted at the Trent Semans Center for Health Education (TSCHE) at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Conference programming will take place across TSCHE, Duke University campus, and Duke School of Medicine campus. All venues are within a short walking distance.

DNHRC is partnering with local hotels to provide a discounted rate for conference attendees. Please note that the acceptance fee does not cover hotel cost, and attendees are responsible for booking their stay. More information will be sent if you apply and are accepted.
