Deadline: Monday, November 30th, 2026
Acceptance notification: December 15th, 2026
Attendance fee if accepted: $45
Late Registration
Deadline: Wednesday, December 17th, 2026
Acceptance notification: December 22nd, 2026
Attendance fee if accepted: $65
Application Information
We will be collecting the following in the application form:

Your interest in the Oral Presentation Competition

Your PI's consent – PIs will receive a confirmation email of your submission
Please note that submitted abstracts are FINAL – no changes can be made after we receive your application.
